The scope of maintenance work includes paint work, plumbing, carpentry, maintenance of building facilities and plant, signage, pipe works and this will include excavation on some pipe work, access, working platforms and scaffolding, access for and interface with other contractors, fabrication and installation, supply of temporary ablution facilities. Civil and structural scope of works: Cooling towers, chimneys, ACC Columns and silos, water treatment plants, drainage system, road repairs and inspections, small concrete works, steel works.
