About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for phase 2 of the Mahwelereng Shopping Centre, to be developed next to the existing Mahwelereng Shopping Centre on Erven 1 – 3 Mahwelereng IA and Erf 1684 Madiba on the Remainder of the farm Macalacaskop 243 KR, Mogalakwena Local Municipality, Waterberg District Municipality, Limpopo Province. The infrastructure associated will include: water will be provided by the Mogalakwena Local Municipality with the backup of a borehole; sewer linked to the municipal system; electrical supplied by the municipality; and storm water will be managed on site.
