Construction of high, medium and low density residential units for Magotho Town in Badagry, Nigeria. Lagos State Government plans to create various new towns across the state to try and address the urgent need for new housing and accommodation and to de-congest the metropolis and open up the semi-rural areas. Magotho Town is one of 7 new town developments. The scheme is located along in Bagagry division, off the Lagos-Badagry road, through Aradagun Ajido. The scheme covers a total land area of 750 hectares comprising 2587 residential plots, 189 commercial plots and 306 mixed-use development plots. It is designed to accommodate 74 694 residents.
