Construction of services and infrastructure for the establishment of a Massmart retail and wholesale outlet, with related facilities and infrastructure, which includes a coffee shop, restaurant and outside exhibition area. The total floor area will not exceed 20 000m² and there will be approximately 1000 parking bays. The site is on Holdings 3, portion 1/5, remainder 5 and the remainder of Magalies View AH and portions remainder 112, 191 and 192 of the Farm Witkoppen 194 IQ, (Magaliessig Extension 68 Township) located on the southern side of Witkoppen Road, west of Merrow Road, on the southern side of the Peugeot dealership and open land. The Monte Casino complex lies a block to the north of the site, in Fourways, Gauteng.
