The site is located south of Vosloorus, west of the N3 highway, adjacent south of the Glenroy freight railway line and we of the regional cemetery site, near Glenroy, Gauteng. The development could include railway facilities, container depots, inland port, logistics hub, intermodal terminus, truck staging, security, access control, ablution facilities, admin and offices, stacking space for containers, customs clearance, equipment maintenance and a repair shop.
