About this development
Construction works for the additions proposed for Lyttelton South African Police Service located on Portions 23 and 26 (Portions of Portion 9) of the Farm Droogegrond No.380 JR, Die Hoewes Extension 349, Centurion, Gauteng. The scope of works involves the conversion of existing blocks into new cells, construction more cell blocks, ID Parade and ablution facilities room. It is also proposed that the existing sewer reticulation will be upgraded to a 160mm diameter pipe. It will be connected to the existing manhole noted as 2.54m deep outside the south-west corner of the site, from the manhole on site. The GPS coordinates are 25°50'20.6"S 28°11'55.2"E
