About this development
Construction of office blocks in Lynnwood Bridge Development. Phase one is 33 000m² and consists of three stand alone buildings on ground-level, yet are connected via an underground 3-level super-basement with a 1400 vehicle parking capacity. Phase 2 consists of 15 000m² offices that will comprise of two buildings, that will be multi tenanted and will be market driven. Upon completion, the entire development will measure a total of 70 500m². With excellent access to the N1 highway, Lynnwood Road as well as strategic through-roads, the development is located on the North Eastern side of the new Lynnwood Junction, Pretoria, Gauteng.
