About this development
Construction of a mall for a proposed mixed-use development at Lubowa, 10kms from the Kampala City Centre in Uganda. The project will be developed by the NSSF on 565 acres of land at Lubowa. The development will comprise a total of 2741 residential units made up of apartments, townhouses, bungalows and villas for middle to high income earners. In addition to houses there will be be retail, offices, school, hospital, police and fire stations, places of worship and wetlands and green buffer zones. Estimated project value : US$400 million.
