Lower Makuzeni Creche

Construction of Lower Makuzeni Creche, situated within Ward 1 of the Impendle Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The footprint of the construction is approximately 128m². The community hall and creche will consist of an office, two play rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, a sick room, kids and staff toilets. The creche will be constructed with face bricks on the external face and common bricks on the internal face with the roof covered with IBR sheeting on timber trusses. The creche will be finished with ceilings and some electrical infrastructure.
