Louis Fourie Precinct Corridor - Infrastructure

Construction of the earthworks and civil infrastructure for the Louis Fourie Precinct Corridor mixed housing project, on Portion of Erf 2001, Ptn of Erf 9268, Ptn of Erf 9268, Erf 944, Erf 12400, Erf 19274 and Erf 15390 Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The scope of works includes: The development of approximately 7370 housing units, a shopping centre, social amenities, public areas and open space for recreational use as well as for educational purposes The development of four reservoirs, each with a capacity of 5 000kL, upgrading the Saunders substation to a 2 x 30 MVA capacity and development of a new switch house, development of internal roads with a total length of 14,245km, development of external roads with a total length of 20km, establishment of water pipes from the reservoirs with a total length +/- 8700m, development of stormwater pipes with a total length of 15km , development of sewer pipes to service the areas. The GPS marker has been placed at Erf 15390, 34°11'49.9"S 22°04'27.2"E.
