About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the Lotusville Residential Development on Farm Dorpsgronden 131, Harrismith, Free State. The development will consist of approximately 700 middle to high income residential units on 50 hectares of undeveloped land. The development footprint will be 37.5 hectares. The proposed site is located on the northern side of Harrismith CBD. The N3 (Johannesburg/Durban) borders the southern side, and the eastern side is the Harrismith Golf Course, whilst Bergview Mall is located on the western side. The site is accessible from the Bergview Mall entrance. The existing Lotusville residential area is located on the north western direction.
