Minor upgrades to Loftus Rugby Stadium, in Gauteng. The floodlights, the sound system and the scoreboard will be upgraded and designated media areas will be constructed in the lower level of the stand. Seating will not be increased. R106 million has been budgeted for the refurbishment. Estimated overrun on budget will be R20 million.
