About this development
Development of a commercial and industrial development to be known as Linbro Park Extension 86 (phase 1). The proposed development will consist of a mix of uses including offices, retail, industry, warehouses, distribution centres, showrooms, specialised manufacturing, and other ancillary uses. The site is situated east of the Sandton/Alexandra area, directly east of the N3-highway, north of Long Meadow Estate, south of Linbro Park and Modderfontein residential small holdings, and west of Westlake Estate. The site is situated along 1st Avenue, Clifford Avenue, Ronald Avenue, Hilton Avenue, and Clulee Road, Linbro Park. The existing access roads to the Linbro Park agriculture holdings are from the N3-highway via the Marlboro Drive off-ramp in the north, and the London Road off-ramp in the south, in Gauteng. The total site area is 10.3210 ha.
