Construction of an eight storey twin-tower ultra-modern office complex in Malawi, on a piece of land already acquired in within city centre of Lilongwe which will house its One Stop Service Centre and also provide office space for letting to other top end institutions. The scope of work for the private sector participant shall include financing, construction, marketing, operation and management of the building and recover the investment by earning revenues through rental revenue streams during the BOT period.
