Construction of a new 13 km dual (2-lane) carriageway connecting the end of the existing Lilongwe bypass at the M12 on Kaunda Road past Dzenza Secondary School connecting M001 near KIA Junction (11km) at CP Foods, including the spur on Chendawaka Road to Kanengo in Malawi. The project can be implemented through a PPP or Build Own, Operate and Transfer arrangement. The project is expected to cost US$ 40 million. The exact GPS location is not known and the Marker has been placed at Dzenza Secondary School lat: -13.8697066; long: 33.7573148.
