Lilongwe 5-Star Hotel and International Conference Centre

Construction of the first five-star hotel and international state-of-the-art conference centre in Lilongwe, Malawi. The 130-room hotel will feature 10 VVIP and 20 Presidential villas, while the conference centre will boast an ascending floor and capacity for 1 500 people and a banquet hall that seats 1 000 people.
