Lilayi City, Zambia - Infrastructure

Civil and infrastructure works for the proposed Lilayi City project in Lusaka, Zambia. The components of the project are as follows: commercial, medical, offices, retail and service station; dry port / inland container depot and industrial zone; single and medium density residential, as well as provision for a retirement village; school and sports fields and a government enclave; open spaces, public roads, land for bulk utility services covering a total area of 409ha. The development will, on completion, have resulted in a total development spend in excess of US$ 1 billion.
