Lilani Hot Springs Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the Lilani Hot Springs Resort near Ahrens in KwaZulu-Natal. The refurbishment will include: the refurbishment of the existing 10 accommodations units, to include hardwood decks and pergolas; nursery food garden to supply the kitchen and spa; conference and dining area, boma; office additions and improvements; fitted kitchen; eleven new accommodation units, pathways, campsite ablutions; internal infrastructure, including formalised parking, upgraded internal pathways and associated landscaping, new refuse sorting area, workshop, storerooms and laundry; renovation and improvements to the existing hot springs pool area, including new therapy rooms and pools (in the place of the existing pools); and selected alien plant eradication, and new landscaping with indigenous vegetation.
