About this development
Construction of a hotel as part of the third phase of the expansion of the Liberty Midlands Mall, in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal and in partnership with Southern Sun. Construction of the Stay Easy hotel is expected to commence on March 3 and the projected end-date is likely to be in February next year. The hotel will consist of 128 rooms. The hotel will have 52 open and covered parking bays and it will be three stories high and structured in a T-shape format. They will also widen the Sanctuary Road section which will be situated opposite the hotel. A second traffic circle will also be put in place at the service yard entrance and admission to the hotel during and after construction. Project Value: R40 million.
