Construction of the residential node for the Leporogong Mixed Use Development on 46 hectares within Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality, Limpopo. Madibong village is located 10km from Jane Furse Town in the rural area and the site is located on the bus route and as such it provides linkage to the Municipal Bus Rapid Transport. The scope of works includes a anchor business node for the settlement with a filling station, neighbourhood shopping facility, restaurants and chain supply shops covering 6ha, a small scale agricultural development to provide opportunities for small scale farmers covering 10ha and a proper and planned residential development covering 30ha.
