Lenmed Wilmed Cardiac Project

Construction, alterations and additions to the Lenmed Wilmed Hospital on the corner of Amentis Street and Marmer Street, Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp, North West. Scope of works could include: The demolition of a portion of the existing single storey building south of oncology, west of theatres, bulk excavation and the forming of a soil mattress, the construction of a CSSD, 10 bed CCU, CATH laboratory, major theatre, kitchen, laundry, staff rest rooms, ablutions, 16 bed ICU (only structure and perimeter brick walling - no finishing) and amenities on ground floor. The construction of four new consulting suites and two plant room areas situated on the first floor. The construction of miscellaneous structures i.e. lifts, staircases and limited external work form part of the scope of work. GPS coordinates 26°49'49.5"S 26°40'37.6"E
