Construction of services and infrastructure for a proposed Lekutung Residential Development which is located on the Farm Koedoesfontein 42 JQ and Kruidfontein 40 JQ adjacent to the Pilanesburg National Park, approximately 8.4km north-west of Soulspoort, in Moses Kotane Local Municipality, North West Province. It is anticipated that the proposed development will consist of approximately 1250 - 2000 units with a total area of 100 hectares.
