This development is the Viking Bay Resort within the Lefatsi Private Estate. The estate in its entirety covers an area in excess of 3306ha and should yield +- 9000 residential units. The Estate is located on the Gauteng side of the Vaal River and it is an estimated R12 billion for the entire project.
