About this development
Construction of civils, services and infrastructure for a 50 000 ton winery for the processing of wine grapes located along Divisional Road 1126, in the Agter-Paarl Agricultural area, in Paarl in the Western Cape. The proposed development will take place in 5 phases of 10 000tons for each phase. The total footprint of the winery and associated infrastructure is approximately 5.5ha. The proposed development will consist of: Tank farm, plant and cellar - 15 785m². The size of the individual stainless steel tanks will be in the order of between 2,1m and 3,5m in diameter and between 7,5m and 10,7m in height.
