Le Rouge - Burgundy Estate

Construction of seven multi-storey blocks in which there will be a total of 47 apartments. These will have 61,5m² to 76m² of floor space exclusive of balconies and patios. This is a sectional title residential development in the 185 hectare Burgundy Estate at Plattekloof on the west-facing slope of the Tygerberg Hills, Western Cape. Le Rouge will be a high-density, middle-income project set amidst spacious open public spaces and green belts. The complex will be walled and made secure on all street boundaries and these walls will be interspersed with palisade inserts to open up the views. There will be thirty-seven on-site parking bays and 47 garages.
