About this development
Construction of a four-star luxury hotel on the shores of Hartebeespoort Dam, in the North West Province. The hotel will be constructed in the existing Estate d'Afrique on the south east side of the dam. The project will include a spa as well as conference and recreational facilities. The development has four phases, of which three will be residential developments and the fourth will be a hotel, which will be called Le Chateau Hotel. The proposed hotel will have 260 rooms and will cost about R300m.
