About this development
Construction of civils, services and infrastructure for phase 1 of Bestwood Estate. Bestwood Estate is to be developed on a 200ha portion of the farm Bestwood no 459 RD, situated adjacent to the N14 National road and opposite the entrance to Kathu from the N14, in the Northern Cape. The first phase of the project will consist of the following: · 388 (300m² Duet style stands)· 58 (300m² Free standing stands) · 280 (500m² stands) · 70 (Group housing units) · 490 (Sectional title apartments) · 3 (Business zoned stands) · 3 (Institutional zoned stands) · Guest lodge (27 rooms); · Retail Shopping; · Filling Station; and · Motor Dealerships. This development was previously known as Bestwood Estate.
