About this development
Construction of services to enable the development at Largo 17 de Setembro (Parcela A) along the Marginal, in the Bay of Luanda in Angola to be self-sufficient. The scope of work will include a sewage treatment system and electricity generators for all new buildings. Large water tanks with purification systems will be installed underneath each building, which will be fed from the public water reticulation system. Estimated project value: $2,5 billion. The first phase of the project is expected to cost $120 million.
