About this development
Lanseria Smart City is a conceptual project planned for the Greater Lanseria area in Gauteng. The concept is a framework and a suggestion / guideline for proposed developments in the area and is subject to change as the concept evolves. The concept will go through the following phases before actual construction or projects will be available: (1) The masterplan must be approved by the Office Of The Premier (2) The various municipalities need to align the masterplan with any current municipal plans. (3) Then the concept will be distributed to the City of Johannesburg, City of Tshwane and further municipalities for perusal, comments and approvals. (4) Professional team to be appointed to commence with detailed design. (5) As the individual developments within the approved framework gain momentum, they will be added as individual Projects to our database.
