About this development
Construction of a massive R1,7 billion industrial estate in Lanseria, Gauteng which is being developed by a consortium of investors, one of which is New Property Ventures. This development will cover 90ha and is a response to the severe shortage of industrial property and industrial-zoned land in the marketplace. The development will provide 169 industrial stands varying in size from 3 500m² to 7 300m². The site is very well located and is right next to the Lanseria Airport. There are plans to increase the R512 (Malibangwe Drive) from single carriageway to dual carriageway from Cosmos City to Lanseria Airport by 2010. To be known as Lanseria Corporate Estate.
