About this development
Construction of a frail care centre and a clinic for a R250m retirement development which is to be built on the Struisbaai coast a few kilometres from Africa's most southern point. 175 cottages will be built in the retirement village near Cape Agulhas, in the Western Cape. Also included in the development are assisted-living apartments, a restaurant, frail care centre and a clinic. The village will be part of Langezandt Fishermen's Village, a 93-hectare oceanside eco-development two hours drive from Cape Town.
