La Mercy MST Academy - Dormitory Blocks

Construction of 2 x 180-bed dormitory blocks for the La Mercy Maths, Science and Technology Academy at La Mercy Primary School, situated in Posselt Drive in La Mercy, KwaZulu-Natal. CIDB 9: R130 Million Plus. The School is part of the upgrades and additions programme and the scope of works is: Demolition of 5 x single storey two classroom blocks with ablution facilities, conversion of 2 x existing double storey seven-classroom blocks into a dormitory central services building, 2 x new double storey six-classroom blocks; dining hall, multipurpose hall, administration facility (comprising of 2 HOD offices, principal's office, record room, reception area, 2 sick rooms, print room, kitchen, staff room, 5 toilet blocks).
