About this development
The second phase of La Balise Marina in the Black River area on the south west coast in Mauritius. The project comprises 146 luxury residential units, 70 apartments and 14 villas with restaurant and recreational facilities. Inspired by latest trends, the 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms apartments breath the Mauritian Art of living and range in area of between 126 and 255 m².
