The works are multidisciplinary in nature and include architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and control and instrumentation (C&I) components. The works generally comprise but are not limited to: Demolition and removal of existing building elements and services. Alterations/modifications and additions to existing structures. Construction of new building works and associated installations. Reinstatement and making good of existing finishes and affected areas. Installation, alteration, relocation and reconnection of building services.
