About this development
Redevelopment of the Kuruman Mall situated in Livingstone Street, in the heart of Kuruman, in the Northern Cape. The centre currently consists of a GLA of 11 800m² and will be redeveloped into a shopping mall of approximately 27 000m². Phase 1 will consist of a GLA of ±15 276m². The 2nd phase will add a further 11 948m², bringing the total GLA to 27 225m². The mall will be anchored by Shoprite as well as two other well known anchor tenants, and will further more be complimented by a strong fashion component consisting of Edgars Active, Legit, PEP and many more.
