Construction of the services and infrastructure for the Kronendal Retirement Village. The estate will be situated at the bottom end of Valley Road in Hout Bay, in the Western Cape, and will comprise 57 residential cottages, 73 assisted-living apartments and frail-care facilities featuring 24 private semi-en suite rooms. The residential cottages will be available in two- and three-bedroom options, each with patio, single garaging and separate carport. The assisted living apartments are available in one- and two-room options. All have private balconies in addition to one parking bay per apartment. Estimated project value: R100 million.
