Expansion of the existing Kpone Thermal Power Plant in Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana. The scope of works include converting the 2 x 110MW simple cycle plant to a combined cycle plant by the addition of 2 heat recovery steam generator (HRSGs) and 2 steam turbines to form two independent combined cycle trains.
