About this development
The 2011 ha Konza Techno City will be a sustainable, world-class technology hub. The project will be completed in four phases. The first phase will include the first section of the technology park, a section of the central business district (CBD) and a residential area and schools. Phase 1 development costs are estimated at $1.3 billion, of which $200 million is allocated to the techno park, $125 million to the CBD and $975 million to the residential areas.
