About this development
The 2011 ha Konza Techno City will be a sustainable, world-class technology hub. The project will be completed in four phases. Phase 3 will encompass the further development of the technopark and residential district, the completion of the CBD and the construction of the science park. An estimated $1.5 billion has been allocated to Phase 3 development costs, including $400 million to further develop the techno park, and $700 million to develop the residential area.
