About this development
The 2011 ha Konza Techno City will be a sustainable, world-class technology hub. The project will be completed in four phases. Phase 2 will include a university and further development of the technopark, CBD and residential area. Phase 2 costs $400 million for infrastructure, $1.3 billion for development, $300 million for the techno park. $100 illion for the business district, $850 million for the residential area and $50 million for the university.
