About this development
The 2011 ha Konza Techno City will be a sustainable, world-class technology hub. The project will be completed in four phases. Phase 4 will involve the completion of the technopark, science park and residential areas. Development costs for Phase 4 are estimated at $800 million, which includes $450 million for the techno park, $250 million for the residential park and $100 million for the science park.
