About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the mixed-use development Konza Techno City. The 2011 ha Konza Techno City will be a sustainable, world-class technology hub. The project will be completed in four phases. The first phase will include the first section of the technology park, a section of the central business district (CBD) and a residential area. Phase 1 infrastructure is estimated at $1 billion. Phase 2 infrastructure costs $400 million, Phase 3 infrastructure costs are $600 million and Phase 4 infrastructure costs are estimated at $150 million.
