About this development
Construction of the 300 000m² Komatsu campus site in Tunney, Germiston, Gauteng. The construction will done over two phases. The first phase of development is a state of the art parts distribution centre measuring approximately 22 000m² and the duration is estimated for 9 months. Phase two will then commence. This project is estimated at over a Billion Rand. The entire development should then be complete in 2021 to coincide with Komats's 100th anniversary.
