Upgrading of the Koeberg Interchange, Western Cape. This will be split into four contracts as follows : Interchange construction, Table Bay Boulevard, Street lighting and Landscaping. This road that is used by more than 19 000 vehicles a day. The R610 million development will create business and employment opportunities and most importantly ease the frustration faced by thousands of motorists daily. Project value : Koeberg Interchange : R471.3 million, Table Bay Boulevard reconstruction: R104.4 million. Street lighting : R22 million, landscaping: R13 million. Pioneer services relocation contract: R2.5 million.
