About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the development of a business park on Portions 15, 18 and 29 of the farm Waterval 150 IR, Gauteng. It is strategically positioned on the R59 and R550 interchange with a railway line adjacent to the development, running parallel to the R59 from Germiston through Meyerton to Vereeniging. The area zoned for light industrial and commercial purposes with development controls promoting Basil Read’s green project principles. Provision will be made for the establishment of two filling stations. The infrastructure will also entail the following: The construction of a pump station, rising main and outfall sewer, connecting the proposed development to the Erwat Water Care Works situated approximately 1.5km South-East of the development. The existing road network will be upgraded and new roads will be constructed. It will be fully fenced with security and access control.
