Construction of a the Klipriver Business Park Extension 1 which is phase 2 of the industrial development to be known as Kliprivier Business Park, on Portions 15, 18 and 29 of the farm Waterval 150 IR, Gauteng. The proposed development will comprise of industrial, commercial, office and retail sites as well as open space areas. It is strategically positioned on the R59 and R550 interchange with a railway line adjacent to the development, running parallel to the R59 from Germiston through Meyerton to Vereeniging and the Park will be fully fenced with security and access control.
