Klein D’Aria - Residential

Construction of the residential component which will comprise of 22 apartments (with parking provision at a ratio of 2 bays per apartment) for the Klein D’Aria (previously known as Door de Kraal Plein) development on Jip de Jager Drive, Bellville, in the Western Cape. The residential units will be luxury upmarket apartments to compliment the platinum grade office accommodation.
