Klein D’Aria - Infrastructure

Construction of the civils and associated infrastructure, including the parking bays for the Klein D’Aria (previously known as Door de Kraal Plein) development on Jip de Jager Drive, Bellville, in the Western Cape. The development will include: an office component with a floor space will be 23 700 m² (with parking provision at a ratio of 4.75 bays per 100m² GLA); a commercial component, which will comprise of 1000 m² plus 800 m² of conference facilities. It is envisaged that the retail component will include ±350 m² of line shops, a 100 m² wine emporium, a 300 m² restaurant, and a 250 m² deli. The parking provision for the commercial component is 179 bays (±10 bays per 100m² GLA). The residential component will comprise of 22 apartments. (with parking provision at a ratio of 2 bays per apartment) The residential units will be luxury upmarket apartments to compliment the platinum grade office accommodation.
