About this development
Development of bulk engineering services for the expansion of Klapmuts. The development will be located on various properties around Klapmuts, which fall within the Stellenbosch and Drakenstein Municipalities in the Western Cape. The proposed development involves bulk engineering services infrastructure comprising the proposed water infrastructure which includes storage facilities (reservoirs), bulk water connections, rising mains (pipelines in which water is pumped), pump stations as well as gravity mains. Sewer infrastructure which includes the construction of a new regional wastewater treatment works, gravity mains, rising mains as well as pump stations; the proposed bulk stormwater provision and the proposed upgrade of the road network servicing Klapmuts and surrounds.
