Construction of medium-density housing units which includes apartments and townhouses for a mixed-use development to be located on the Likasi Road on the outskirts of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The site is 20 kilometers north of Lubumbashi city centre and 10 kilometers north of Luano airport. The area will cover 4000 hectares starting with 1400 hectares in the earlier phases.
